The main function of M3 Energy Scotland is to facilitate the use of UK Government ECO (Energy Company Obligation) Funding. The funding is open to all UK homeowners and tenants.
Since the start of ECO3 in October 2018 all funding is now targeted at the Affordable Warmth group which basically means homeowners/tenants who may struggle to heat their home.
The Affordable Warmth group is defined by people who are in receipt of a state benefit listed on our website.
